Toby Dimelow is Charlie's twin sibling of the Fountains High Pretty Cure series. His alter ego is Cure Hugs, the Pretty Cure of hug and tug and his gemstone is the Morganite.
Appearance[]
Toby has blonde hair. He has blue eyes.
In his school uniform, He wears a Fountains High School uniform.
As Cure Hugs, Toby's hair turns light pink and grows longer, tying into a short high ponytail. He has a baby pink hairband-like headband with an baby pink heart-shaped Morganite in the center and one plain yellow star in middle of a pink heart attatched to the sides, and he wears it on the left of his head, his baby pink heart-shaped earrings on his ears. His Uniform costume is baby pink with pale pink lining and white highlights. He has a baby pink collar, baby pink cardigan with a Fountains High emblem on his left side of his cardigan, baby pink trousers with his bow on his back, and gloves. He also wears his jewel bracelet on his waist, pale pink socks and baby pink shoes.
In Super Cure Hugs form, his sleeves are translucent and his bow become longer and lengthen.
In Eternal Cure Hugs form, his hair turns lighter than light pink and grows longer, his outfit being normal, his sleeves are short solid bubble-like sleeves, his back bow is replaced with pale pink bow in the top and the two thin, long baby pink ribbons trailed down from them, his shoes and socks are inverted colours. His Eternal Rainbow Perfume is hanging on his right hip.
Personality[]
Sweet, curious, and loving, Toby has all the makings of a full-fledged future Pretty Cure. Almost never seen without his twin brother Charlie, the two always seem to get themselves into crazy situations thanks to their boundless curiosity and playful attitudes. Watching them is practically a full-time job, but it's one that Eleanor is more than happy to fulfill. Toby's catchphrase is "Oh, goody, goody gosh!".

Normal Form[]
In Classic to S series, Toby and Charlie shows his Fontaine Links and presses the baby pink and blue heart shaped-Morganite and Moonstone buttons on the bottom center, making the screen glow baby pink and blue. The Fontaine Links says "Welcome!" in a masculine tone, while Toby and Charlie shows his baby pink and blue School Uniform Keys and yells "Pretty Cure! Fountain Makeover!". He inserts his baby pink and blue Uniform Keys onto the bottom of his Fontaine Links and locks it into place. The Links says, "Let's....GO!" and the screen glows brighter, then flashes baby pink and blue. Toby's body shoots out baby pink ribbons and Charlie's body shoots out baby blue ribbons, which swirls around him, even his hands, legs/feet, and body forming his gloves, socks, shoes, trousers, jewel bracelet, collar and cardigan. Toby's hair then grows longer and turns light pink then Toby's hair turns into a Pretty Cure hair style and Charlie's hair then grows longer and turns light blue then Charlie's hair turns into a Pretty Cure hair style, followed by Toby's bow appearing on his back and Charlie's bow appearing on his back. He then, places his Fontaine Links on the left side of his bracelets, enpacking it, and Toby's hairband-like headgear and plain yellow star in middle of a pink heart appeared on Toby's head and Charlie's hairband-like headgear and red heart inside a yellow star appeared on Charlie's head, and Toby's baby pink earrings appear last and Charlie's baby blue earrings appear last. He lands on the ground and does his speech, then his final pose.
Super Form[]
The transformation sequence has same as the normal form of the series, his baby pink Super School Uniform Key is inserted into his Fontaine Link instead of his normal School Uniform Key is inserted into his Fontaine Link, his outfit are normal with his translucent sleeves is formed instead of his normal sleeves.
Eternal Form[]
Cure Hugs and Cure Tugs inserts his baby pink and blue Eternal School Uniform Keys into his Eternal Rainbow Perfumes and locks it into place and yells "Pretty Cure! Fountain Makeover!". His perfumes fills up with baby pink and blue liquid that he sprays around him and on his hands, feet and body to make his gloves, socks, shoes, trousers, jewel bracelet, collar and cardigan appear. He sprays the perfumes once again in the air to create his hairbands which he places on Toby's head to make Toby's hair grow longer and turns lighter than light pink and which he places on Charlie's head to make Charlie's hair grow longer and turns lighter than light blue then earrings appear, lastly, his back bow is appeared as he places the Eternal Rainbow Perfumes on his right hips and two carrying cases encases it. He lands on the ground and then his strikes pose.
